デジタルマーケティング支援事業のシナジーマーケティングは、クラウドに特化したシステムインテグレーターのテラスカイと提携した、と11月4日発表した。米国SalesforceのCRM(顧客関係管理)「Salesforce」の管理画面から操作できるマーケティング・業務効率化アプリケーションとしてシナジーマーケティングが展開する「Synergy!LEAD(シナジーリード)」の販売で協業する。
顧客管理や営業支援の基盤となるSalesforceの導入が進む中、中小・中堅企業には使いこなせなかったり専任担当者がいなかったりするなどの課題がある。シナジーマーケティングはこうした問題の解決に向け、Salesforceの導入・開発の実績があるテラスカイと販売パートナー契約を結んだ。両社はSalesforceを活用したマーケティング施策の新選択肢としてSynergy!LEADを提案する。
Synergy!LEADはSalesforceと連動し、マーケティング業務にSalesforceが活用できるシステムで、シナジーマーケティングはSalesforce完結型マーケティングアプリケーションと呼ぶ。フォーム、メール配信、ウェブトラッキングの各機能を備える。両社は協業によって、中小企業に適した使いこなせるシステムの提案と、導入から運用・定着までの一貫したサポート体制の提供を行う。
